替吉奥三线治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 结直肠癌（colorectal cancer,crc）是我国最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。远处转移是结直肠癌患者主要的死亡原因,约30%患者结直肠癌根治术后死于肿瘤复发（[1-2]）。目前FOLFOX和FOLFIRE互为晚期结直肠癌的一、二线化疗方案,在上述两种方案化疗失败后如何选择三线方案是临床中经常遇到的问题,我院自2012年至2015年8月,采用替吉奥胶囊三线治疗晚期结直肠癌28例,现将临床疗效及安全性报告如下。
