摘要
我国八年制临床医学专业博士研究生的培养尚处于探索状态,如何培养出真正意义上的国际化临床医学高端人才是目前八年制教育体系中探索与改革的重点。为积极推动我校八年制医学教育国际化培养进程,通过问卷调查八年制学生在国际化意识、语言能力、对国际化教育的诉求等问题的看法。调查结果显示意识不足、理念陈旧、资源分配不足等为主要存在的问题,并针对现存问题从教学资源、教育观念、培养模式等方面提出了建议。
One crucial thing for eight-year clinical medicine programs is to graduate medical professionals that meet international standards. This study a survey to find out students＇ awareness of intemational standards, their English proficiency, and the demands for a program with international standards. This paper puts forward proposals on the basis of the survey findings.
