摘要
利用酶联免疫试剂盒快速检测牛血清中的磺胺二甲嘧啶的残留量,方法的标准曲线为:y=-14.391x+93.317,R^2=0.9996,IC_(50)=8.3 ng/m L,线性范围为0.9-75 ng/m L,检测限为0.3 ng/m L。选择酶联免疫试剂盒中提供的MSU溶液直接提取,以2.5 ng/m L、15 ng/m L和20 ng/m L的浓度添加于空白牛血清样品,回收率为72%-96.6%,相对标准偏差为4.40%-7.41%。
Based on anti-sulfamethazine monoclonal antibody,an ELISA method to detect sulfamethazine in cow serum is established. The formula was y=-14.391x＋93.317,R2=-0.9996,and the 50% in hibition concentration （IC50）was 8.3 ng/mL with the limit of detection of 0.3 ng/mL. The linear detecting range of calibrationcurve was from 0.9 ng/mL to 75 ng/mL. When the spiked concentrations of sulfamethazine were 2.5 μg/kg, 15 μg/kg,and 20 μg/kg in blank feed,there covery was 72%-96.6% with coefficients of variation of 4.40%-7.41%.
