摘要
研究并优化了给水系统中磺胺嘧啶的固相萃取和高效液相色谱的分析实验条件,建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测水环境中磺胺嘧啶含量的方法。工作曲线线性方程为y=0.0576x+1.3448,线性范围10~250ng/mL内的相关系数为0.9969,检出限为5ng/mL,加标回收率为91.66%~94.45%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~3.5%。
The experiment condition of SPE and high performance liquid chromatography about sulfadiazine was researched,and its operation conditions were optimized. A SPE-high performance liquid chromatography method for the residues determination of sulfadiazine in water was established. The regression equation of the standard sulfadiazine curve is y=0.0576x+1.3448.The linearity range is 10~250ng/mL. The correlation coefficient is 0.9969. The limits of quantification is 5ng/mL for sulfadiazine. The average recovery for sulfadiazine is 91.66%~94.45% .The relative standard deviation is 1.7%~3.5%.
