摘要
目的:观察脑苷肌肽联合核黄素治疗手足口病并发脑炎的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2015年6-12月确诊为手足口病并发脑炎的住院患儿共120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组、治疗组各60例。2组均给予重症手足口病的规范治疗,治疗组加用脑苷肌肽注射液及核黄素注射液静脉滴注。观察2组病程、退热、疱疹、食欲、脑炎症状恢复情况及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组的病程、高热退烧时间、惊跳或肢体抖动消失时间等均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率91.67%,明显高于对照组总有效率76.67%(P<0.05)。结论:脑苷肌肽联合核黄素治疗手足口病并发脑炎,能明显改善神经系统症状和疱疹恢复,安全有效。
Objective]To observe the effects and safety of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with ri-boflavinin treating HFMD with Cerebritis .[Method]120 cases of HFMD with CerebritisfromJune to December2015were divided into the control group ,the treatment group of 60 cases ,respectivelywiththe random number table .Both group received standard treatment of severe HFMD .Besides ,the treatment group was treated with cattle encephalon glycoside ,ignotin injection and ri-boflavin injection .After treatment ,the two groups were compared with the disease course ,the fever timeand ,herpes ,appetite , the recovery time of nervous and safety .[Result]In treatment group ,the disease course ,fever time and startle of body wobbling away time were significantly shorter than the control group （ P〈0 .05 ） . The total effective rate of treatment groupwas 91 . 67% ,higher than that of the control group76 .67% （ P〈0 .05） .[Conclusion]Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with riboflavin injection in treating HFMD with cerebritis can obviously improve neurological symptoms and herpes , and it is effective and safe .
