摘要
以不同数量扰流板的平板型太阳能空气集热器为研究对象,通过数值模拟和试验验证的方法,研究扰流板数量对集热器集热效率的影响因素。研究结果表明,集热器扰流板对集热器的温升和腔体内气流流速存在影响,其数量决定集热器集热效率,以此提出优化方案,为平板型太阳能空气集热器的优化改进提供参考依据。
Taking the different number of spoilers in flat-plat solar collector as the research object,the method of simulation analysis was carried out on the internal flow field distribution and experimental validation in the collector,it was studied the influence factors about the collector efficiency by the different number of spoilers in flat-plat solar collector.The results showed that the spoilers of collector have influence on temperature rise and cavity air velocity,the number of spoilers decides the collector efficiency.Therefore it put forward the optimal scheme to provide a reference for the future flat-plate solar air collector design and optimization.
