摘要
对安钢三个烧结机烧结矿采用光学显微镜进行了矿物组成、矿相结构的分析与研究,结果表明三个烧结机烧结矿矿物组成与组织结构的差异与其化学成分的差异吻合,主要矿物为磁铁矿、铁酸钙和赤铁矿,其次为硅酸二钙和玻璃相,主要粘结相为铁酸钙。
The mineral composition and structure of sinter used in three sintering machines of Anyang Steel are analyzed and studied by using optical microscope. The result shows that the difference of mineral composition and microstructure of sinter is in agreement with the difference of chemical composition. The main minerals are magnetite,calcium ferrite and hematite,followed by calcium silicate and glass and the main binding phase is calcium ferrite.
