摘要
采用微型烧结法研究了包钢常用六种铁矿粉的烧结基础特性.结果表明,不同铁矿粉的烧结基础特性差别较大.铁矿粉的CaF_2,FeO,MgO,SiO_2和结晶水含量是影响其烧结基础特性的主要因素.包钢含氟磁铁矿的烧结基础特性为同化温度低于1250℃,液相流动性指数大于8.0,粘结相自身强度低于450N/个,铁酸钙生成量小于10%,连晶固结强度高于560N/个.
