摘要
笼型异步电机广泛应用于工业、农业及日常生活等领域,降低其损耗对于实现电机行业的节能降耗具有重要意义。介绍了造成笼型异步电机各部分杂散损耗的原因,指出杂散损耗是目前的分析难点。针对计及杂散损耗的定转子铜耗和铁心损耗的分析与计算方法进行了总结归纳。对于降耗方法,从结构设计和材料选取两个方面进行总结叙述,分析新型降耗方法的可行性。最后,展望笼型异步电机的损耗分析方法与降耗方法未来的研究重点和发展方向。
Squirrel cage induction motors were widely used in industry, agriculture and daily life, and so on. Reducing the loss had great significance for the motor industry. Enumerates various factors of the stray loss, and points out that analysis of stray loss was difficulty now. Then the analysis and calculation method of the copper loss and iron loss of stray loss were summarized. For reducing loss methods, structure design and material selection were summarized, and the feasibility of the new methods were analyzed. Finally, research focus and development trends of the loss about the squirrel cage induction motor were prospected.
