摘要
为了给油田用永磁同步电动机可靠运行提供理论依据,通过分析起动和运行过程中各相关量的关系,研究供电电压的变化对永磁同步电动机性能的影响。研究结果表明,起动时电流和转矩随着供电电压增加而增大,但不易过大,以免对电网造成冲击和永磁体的不可逆去磁;稳定运行时,随着电压的变化,效率和功率因数为反V形曲线。
In order to keep the motors operating reliably, the effects of supply voltage variation on the performance of PMSM are studied. During the starting process and steady operation some parameters are analyzed. The results show that starting torque and current will increase when the supply voltage increasing but too high starting current would cause serious impact on the power system and the irreversible demagnetization of permanent magnets. In the steady operation, the waveforms of the efficiency and power factor are in converse shape of letter V with the changes of voltage.
