摘要
用60 Coγ -射线辐射处理柑橘锈螨 ,结果表明 :35 0Gy为柑橘锈螨第 1日龄成螨的不育剂量 ;4 5 0Gy为柑橘锈螨第 1日龄成螨的致死剂量 ;4 0 0Gy为第 2、3日龄成螨的不育剂量 ;5 0 0Gy为第 2、3日龄成螨的致死剂量。柑橘锈螨成螨经辐射后 ,其产卵量明显下降 ,辐射剂量越高 ,卵的死亡率也越高 ,同时 ,少部分能孵化的卵的孵化也被延迟。
Experiments of effect of gamma irradiation on the adult of citrus rust mite ( Phyllocoptruta olievora Ashmead) show that: 350 Gy is a proper sterile dose to the first day adult citrus rust mite, and 450 Gy is a lethal dose; 400 Gy is a proper sterile dose to the second & third day adult citrus rust mite, and 500 Gy a lethal dose. After gamma irradiation, the oviposition amount of the adult citrus rust mite is obviously reduced, and the higher the dose, the lower the survival rate of the eggs. In addition, the hatch period of the small number of survived eggs that may be hatched was delayed.
