摘要
采用(60)CO-γ射线100、200、300、40GY辐照结合低温冷藏处理柑桔和柚内的柑桔大实蝇幼虫,结果表明,用(60)CO—γ射线辐照柑桔大实蝇幼虫,结合低温(3~6℃)处理,21,28,35天可以明显地提高幼虫死亡率。对照幼虫,经冷藏处理35天后,死亡率仅为55.4%。经300GY以下剂量辐照的幼虫,在低温(3~6℃)下,仍能继续发育,化蛹,但化蛹速率比对照显著降低。不同剂量辐照处理的幼虫,经不同时间的冷藏处理,最终死亡率可达100%。试验证明,用40GY的射线辐照,再经3~6℃的低温冷藏28天以上,柑桔大实蝇幼虫死亡率即可达100%,符合检疫处理要求。
This paper reported the effects of (60)Co-γ rays combined with low temperture storage as a quarantine treatment for sweet orange infested with Tetrasdacus citri.The results showed that the gamma irradiation combined with low-temperture storage(3 ̄6℃) could extremely raise the death-rate of larvae.Irradiated at doeses up to 400GY,and stored 3 ̄ 6℃,the death-rate of larvae was 100%.The death-rate of larvae with no irradiation and stored for 35 days at low-temperature(CK) was 55.4%.Irradiated with below doeses of 300Gy,the larvae could still develop into pupa,but the pupation-rates were lower.The final death-rates of larvae irradiated with different doeses and stored at low-temperature were 100%.
