摘要
基层部队卫勤保障建设应根据当前基层部队卫生机构面临的问题与部队卫生能力建设的趋势和要求进行调整。这需要基层部队卫生机构通过更好地认识未来卫勤保障的内涵与外延,通过从追求平时医疗技术向战时救治技术、从传统传染病预防向现代疾病预防、从疾病救治向健康全面维护、从固定式保障向伴随保障等4个卫勤保障重点领域转移,以全面提升基层部队卫勤保障能力。
Health support construction should be adjusted in line with the problems of health organizations in the basic troops and the trend and requirement of logistic construction and development. That requires logistic departments of basic troops to better understand the content and extension of future health support. Thus, to com- prehensively improve the ability of basic troops in health support, the focus should be changed from medical tech- nologies at peaceful times to those at the war time, from traditional contagious diseases prevention to modem disease prevention, from treatment of diseases to over all maintenance of health, and from fixed support to concomitant sup- port.
