摘要
眼外伤是一重要的、致残性的健康问题,可导致眼部重要结构和功能的持久性改变。无论是在发达国家,还是发展中国家,眼外伤的发生都会给个人、家庭和社会带来极大的损失。了解眼外伤的流行病学状况,对于眼外伤的防治非常重要。在国际眼外伤登记(WorldEyeInjuryRegistry,WEIR)尚未报道标准化的国际眼外伤流行病学资料之前,现将部分国家分别进行的眼外伤流行病学调查资料作一概述,同时强调预防儿童眼外伤的重要性。
Eye injury is a significant, disabling health problem which can result in permanent and significant structural and/or functional changes in the eyes. Eye injury can bring great losses to individual, family and society in developed or developing countries. It is very helpful to understand the epidemiology for the prevention and treatment of eye injury. The standardized information is not yet available on world eye injury epidemiology from the World Eye Injury Registry (WEIR). This review summarized the epidemiology of eye injury conducted in the individual countries, and the importance of preventing eye injury in childhood is emphasized.·
