摘要
"三严三实"重要论述是中国共产党治国理政和加强自身建设的最新理论成果,是科学的世界观和方法论的有机统一。作为先进的指导思想和科学的价值准则,"三严三实"的具体要求是每个人干事、创业、做人的重要遵循和基本要求。通过在"三严三实"视域下对高校辅导员工作进行研究,深入挖掘"三严三实"重要论述的时代背景、科学内涵和逻辑关系,厘清"三严三实"和高校辅导员工作的辩证统一关系,目的在于准确把握"三严三实"重要论述在高校辅导员工作中的实践价值和实践形式,得出"三严三实"对高校辅导员工作的新启示,进一步明确在"三严三实"新的要求下高校辅导员工作的新路径,进而为高校辅导员工作的创新和改进提供一些新的理论指导和实践引导。
The thoughts of＂being strict in cultivating one＇s moral character,preventing abuse of power and disciplining oneself,being steady in planning matters,starting undertakings and conducting oneself＂,serves as the newest theoretical advancement of CPC in state governance and in its own improvement. It is the basic requirement and observance of how to go about work,business start-up and life. By digging into the background,connotation and logic of the＂three stricts and three steadies＂initiative,this thesis defines its relationship with the work of counselors in universities with the purpose of finding out the practical value and ways to apply the＂three stricts and three steadies＂initiative into the work of college counselors so as to provide theoretical and practical guide for the innovation and improvement of counselors＇ work.
