摘要
美国的学生事务管理者是依据专业来分类的,工作职责明确而具体。我国高校辅导员既承担学生思想政治教育又承担学生事务管理,辅导员承担了过于繁重的工作任务。在美国,学生事务成为一个职业。我国高校辅导员目前还只是一种临时性职业。美国高校学生事务管理采取的是一级管理体制、条状运行机制。我国大多数高校学生工作实行的是党政合一、两级管理的体制,条块结合,以块为主。通过中美比较,有助于加强我国辅导员队伍建设。
