摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定混合溶液中NO_3^-和SO_4^(2-)的浓度。结果表明,在NO_3^-浓度为2~10mg·L-1、SO_4^(2-)浓度为10~100mg·L-1时,离子浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系;混合溶液中NO-2和SO2-3的浓度较低,对测定结果的干扰可以忽略。该方法具有操作简单、准确度高、重现性好等优点,能够满足工业生产对混合溶液中NO_3^-和SO_4^(2-)浓度测定的要求。
The concentrations of NO3^- and SO4^2- in a mixed solution were measured by UV spectrophotome- try. Results showed that,when the concentration of NO3^- was from 2 mg · L^-1 to 10 mg · L^-1 and the concen- tration of SO4^2- was from 10 mg· L^-1 to 100 mg· L^-1 ,there was a good linear relationship between the concen- tration and the absorbance. If the concentrations of NO2^- and SO3^2- in the mixed solution was low,their interfer- ence on the measurement results could be ignored. This method has advantages of simple operation, high accura- cy,good reproducibility,which meets the requirements for measurement of NO3^- and SO4^2- concentrations in a mixed solution from industrial production.
