离子色谱法同时快速测定蚀刻液中的磷酸根和硝酸根 被引量:1

Simultaneous and Rapid Determination of Phosphate and Nitrate in Etching Solution by Ion Chromatography

摘要 建立了一种采用离子色谱法测定蚀刻液中硝酸根和磷酸根含量的方法.选择了KOH淋洗液的浓度为25 mmol/L,流速为1 mL/min,两种阴离子的线性相关系数在0.9997以上,硝酸根和磷酸根的检出限分别为0.020 mg/L和0.10?mg/L,精密度(n=6)在1.36%~3.01%之间,回收率在95.40%~104.76%之间.该方法简便、快速,准确性好、灵敏度高,适用于蚀刻液中硝酸根和磷酸根的同时快速测定. A method for the determination of nitrate and phosphate in etching solution by ion chromatography was established.The concentration of KOH leaching solution was 25 mmol/L.The flow rate was 1 mL/min.The linear correlation coefficient of the two anions was above 0.9997,and the detection limits of nitrate and phosphate were 0.020 mg/L and 0.10 mg/L respectively.The precision(n=6)was between 1.36%and 3.01%.The recovery rate was between 95.40%and 104.76%.This method is simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and suitable for simultaneous and rapid determination of nitrate and phosphate in etching solution.
