摘要
目的分析护士工作站前移在神经内科优质护理病房中的运用效果。方法择取该院2015年1月—2015年10月收治的神经内科患者200例设置为本次的观察对象,按照入院治疗的顺序进行分组,共分为常规组与研究组两组,每组患者各占据100例。对常规组患者采取一般护理措施,对研究组患者采取护士工作站前移护理模式,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果经过临床护理后得知,研究组与常规组患者的护理总有效率分别为98.0%与81.0%,比较数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组与常规组患者的护理满意度分别为97.0%与83.0%,比较数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护士工作站前移工作模式应用于神经内科患者病房的护理工作中可明显提高护理质量,减少护理人员日常工作量,建立良好的护患关系,护理满意度明显提高,从而利于提升医院的整体形象。
Objective To analyze the effect of nurse workstation in the forward neural Department of internal medicine of high quality nursing in the ward. Methods Chooses my courtyard 2015 January 2015 October were patients in Department of Neurology of 200 cases of settings for the observation of the object, in order of hospitalization were grouped were divided into routine group and the study group. Patients in each group each accounted for 100 cases. Patients in the routine group take general nursing and nurse workstation forward nursing mode of patients in the study group, compared two groups of pa- tients with nursing effect. Results After clinical nursing that nursing care of study group and routine group with total effec- tive rate was 98.0% and 81.0%, comparative data difference significant （P 〈 0.05）; nursing satisfaction of study group and routine group were respectively 83.0% and 97.0%, data difference significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Condusion Nurse workstation work forward mode application in patients in Department of neurology ward nursing can significantly improve nursing quality, reduce the daily workload of nursing staff, establish a good nurse patient relationship and nursing satisfaction improved significantly, thus to enhance the overall image of the hospital.
