摘要 为更科学、标准地表述ICP-MS测定白酒中铅含量,按照《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1-2012)要求与方法,建立数学模型,对其不确定度分量进行分析计算,得出测量结果的扩展不确定度。结果表明:该白酒样品中铅含量为0.223mg·kg^(-1);其扩展不定度为0.01mg·kg^(-1)(k=2)。不确定度主要由标准曲线拟合、标液配制造成的。 According to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF 1059.1-2012) establish a mathematic model to analyze the uncertainty sources from different parts. And finally give a more scientific and ac- curate expression to the determination in white spirit by ICP-MS and show the expanded uncertainty of measuring result at the same time. The result shows that lead level of white spirit is 0.223mg.kg-1 and the expanded uncertain- ty is 0.01mg.kg-l(k=2). The major uncertainty come from the labor curve, the preparing of standard solution.
