摘要
[目的]采用高效液相色谱测定佛手中联苯肼酯残留量,对测定结果的不确定度进行评定与分析。[方法]建立不确定度评估的数学模型,分析不确定度的主要来源,计算出相对不确定度的各主要分量值,得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。[结果]当佛手中联苯肼酯残留量为0.42 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.08 mg/kg(k=2)。[结论]影响测定结果不确定度的主要因素为标准曲线拟合、测量重复性、配制标准溶液、回收率。
[Aims]To evaluate the uncertainty in determination of the content of bifenazate in bergamot by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).[Methods]The main sources for the uncertainty was analyzed as well as the uncertainty degree,total uncertainty and the expansion uncertainty were evaluated.[Results]The content of the bifenazate residue in bergamot was 0.42 mg/kg,and the extended uncertainty was 0.08 mg/kg,k=2.[Conclusions]The curve fitting,preparing standard solution,measurement repeatability and recovery rate were found to be the main sources of uncertainty.
