摘要
采用知识单元大数据技术,为城镇化进程中的农民工问题研究构建可视化的分析框架,通过建立四个周期的相关因素关系模式,展示农民工问题演变脉络。研究发现:宏观政策对农民工城镇化进程起着重要的引导作用;农民工是中国城镇化的重要实施者、核心受益者和主要矛盾承受者;农民工在城镇化中的群体定位从最初的经济人正在转向社会人,人力资本不断增长;农民工正在经历从个人到家庭的城镇化;但农民工群体仍处于弱势地位,特别是住房要求被漠视和留守儿童问题突出,农民工城镇化将是一个长期而艰巨的社会工程。
Based on knowledge unit big data,a visualized analysis framework is established to solve the problems of the migrant workers during the process of urbanization in this paper. A relative factors relationship mode of four cycles is set up in this paper showing the evolution of the problems of migrant workers. The result indicates that the macroscopic policy plays an important guiding role in the process of urbanization of migrant workers. Migrant workers are key implementers,the biggest beneficiaries and the principal contradiction bearers during the process of urbanization. Migrant workers,initially positioned as economy people in the process of urbanization,now are turning to be social people. Human capital is constantly increasing. Migrant workers are undergoing the urbanization from individual to family. But migrant worker are still a social vulnerable group with housing difficulties and left-behind children. The urbanization of migrant workers will be a long and arduous process.
