小麦耐热性状鉴定及相关性状QTL研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 小麦是全球最重要的粮食作物之一,高温特别是开花期和灌浆期的高温胁迫严重影响小麦的产量和品质。鉴定、筛选小麦耐热种质资源,开展小麦耐热性育种是解决小麦耐热性的根本途径,利用分子标记辅助选择,可极大地提高选择效率,加速育种进程。本研究分别介绍了千粒重、灌浆期等农艺指标以及膜的热稳定性、冠层温差、叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数等生理耐热鉴定指标;总结列出了目前鉴定出的上述性状的小麦耐热分子标记以及潜在有育种应用价值的耐热分子标记,分析指出了与小麦耐热性密切相关的4个染色体区域,探讨了小麦耐热性QTL鉴定中存在的问题。 Wheat is one of the most important grain crops in the world, but its yield and quality are seriously influenced by high temperature especially at the flowering and grain filling stage. Breeding of heat-tolerantwheat varieties by identifying and screening heat-tolerant germplasm resources is the fundamental way to solveheat resistance of wheat. Molecular marker assisted breeding could improve the selection efficiency and henceaccelerate the breeding process. In this paper, we reviewed the identification indexes of the agronomic traitssuch as thousand grain weight and grain filling duration, and physiological traits including membrancethermostability, canopy temperature depression, leaf chlorophyll content, parameter of chlorophyllfluorescence. The heat-tolerant molecular makers reported and those of potential breeding application valuewere summarized and made into sketch maps. Four chromosome regions closely associated with the heattolerance in wheat were analyzed. Finally, the problems existed in the identification of heat resistant QTL in wheat were discussed.
