页岩气水平井固井工具配套技术 被引量:14

Supporting Technology of Shale Gas Horizontal Well Cementing Tool

摘要 为满足页岩气水平井固井作业特殊需要,针对页岩气水平井套管下入困难、水平井眼套管居中度差以及高压固井套管浮箍浮鞋关闭不严等问题,研制了专用的套管安全下入引导工具、水平井专用套管扶正器以及井底关闭专用工具。详细描述了这些固井工具的结构原理和性能特点,给出了其技术参数和适用范围。结合涪陵页岩气水平井实际情况进行了固井工具配套技术研究,介绍了专用固井工具的现场应用情况。现场应用结果表明,所开发的专用固井工具能够满足涪陵页岩气水平井固井施工的需要,建议根据不同井况推广使用。页岩气水平井固井工具的研制成功对于确保固井质量和满足页岩气开发的需要具有积极的意义。 To meet the special requirement of shale gas horizontal well cementing,and to address the issues like difficult casing running in shale gas horizontal well,poor casing centralization in horizontal section,and casing float collar and float shoe close issue,a special safety casing running guiding tool,casing centralizer dedicated for horizontal well and bottom hole shut-in special tool have been developed. The structural principle,design features,technical parameters and application range of the cementing tools have been detailed. Supporting technology of the cementing tool has been studied based on the actual situation of Fuling shale gas horizontal well. Field applications of the cementing tools have been introduced. Application results show that the developed special cementing tool could meet the needs of Fuling shale gas horizontal well cementing,and application promotion is recommended according to the well conditions.
