摘要
〔目的〕通过对患有过敏性紫癜(HSP)儿童急性期体内血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、白细胞介素-15(IL-15)水平变化的分析,探讨其临床意义。〔方法〕取50例已确诊的HSP患儿的血清,其中有24例来自肾损害组,26例来自非肾损害组;取25例健康儿童的血清为对照组;用双抗体夹心ELISA法分别检测3组血清样本中IL-10、IL-13、IL-15的含量。〔结果〕HSP患儿血清中IL-10、IL-13、IL-15水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),肾损害组血清样本中IL-10、IL-13、IL-15水平均显著高于非肾损害组(P<0.01)。〔结论〕HSP患儿体内存在体液免疫与细胞免疫的功能紊乱,血清IL-10、IL-13、IL-15的含量与紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)、HSP的发病过程有紧密的联系。
〔Objective〕Patients with Henoch Schonlein purpura( HSP) in children with acute phase serum interleukin-2( IL) in vivo analysis of levels of-10 and IL-13, IL-15, to discuss its clinical significance.〔Methods〕50 cases of children with HSP were identified, including 24 cases from the kidney damage group, 26 cases from the non renal damage group. At the same time, the serum of 25 healthy children were taken. Using double antibody sandwich ELISA method to detect the content of IL-10, IL-13 and IL-15 in the serum samples of 3 groups.〔Results〕the levels of IL-10, IL-13 and IL-15 in the serum of HSP patients were significantly higher than those in the control group( P 0. 01). The levels of IL-10, IL-13 and IL-15 were significantly higher than those in the non renal damage group( P 0.01). 〔Conclusion 〕the function disorder of humoral immunity and cellular immunity in children with HSP, and the content of purpura nephritis serum IL-10, IL-13, IL-15( HSPN), is closely related to the pathogenesis of HSP.
