摘要
目的探究护士层级管理应用于病房护理管理中的效果。方法回顾性分析2015年1月—2016年1月于该院工作的70名护士的临床资料,按管理模式不同分为对照组(30名)和研究组(40名),对照组行传统护理管理,研究组在其基础上行护士层级管理,对比两组护理人员专业综合素质、护理满意度及护理质量。结果研究组护理人员专业综合素质及护理质量均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组30例中护士满意21例(70.00)、医生满意18例(60.00)、患者满意25例(83.33);研究组40例中护士满意47例(92.50)、医生满意28例(95.00)、患者满意49例(97.50);研究组护士满意度、医生满意度及患者满意度均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士层级管理应用于病房护理管理中的效果显著,可有效提高护理人员专业综合素质、护理满意度及护理质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application of nurse level management in ward nursing management in effect.Methods The clinical data of 70 nurses of our hospital from January 2015 to 2016 January were retrospectively analyzed,according to the different management mode,the patients were divided into control group（30 cases） and study group（40 cases）,control group received traditional nursing management,study group on the basis of the upstream nurse level management,ande two groups of nurses comprehensive quality,nursing satisfaction and quality were compared.Results Study group nurses professional comprehensive quality and nursing quality were significantly better than the control group,significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）;control group,30 cases of nurse satisfaction in 21 cases（70.00）,doctor satisfaction,18 cases（60.00）,and patient satisfaction 25 cases（83.33）;study group in 40 cases of nurse satisfaction in 47 cases（92.50）,doctor satisfaction,28 cases（95.00）,and patient satisfaction in 49 cases（97.50）;study group nurses satisfaction,the satisfaction of doctors and patients＇ satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nurse level management in ward nursing management achieved significant results,can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff,nursing satisfaction and quality of care,it is worth clinical promotion.
