摘要
目的探讨分析药学信息咨询中应用循证药学的过程及效果。方法在该院2013年1月—2014年12月期间采用循证药学开展药学信息咨询工作,并且对整个工作过程予以回顾性研究,对采用循证药学进行药学信息咨询工作获取的效果予以分析,进一步研究适合该院发展的循证药学模式。结果在药学信息咨询工作中应用循证药学,可以实现在临床药学咨询与服务中,从提出临床药学问题、查找资料与证据、总结与评价资料与证据、落实循证药学模式等不同阶段中施行系统、全面的管理控制,以此保证药物治疗方案合理、科学,有效加快患者康复。结论在药学信息咨询工作中应用循证药学,可以显著提高医院的临床药学服务水平,实现医院药学信息咨询工作的不断优化,进一步提高临床药学服务质量,为医学的可持续发展打下了坚实的基础。
Objective To explore the process and effect of evidence-based pharmacy in the analysis of pharmaceutical in-formation consultation. Methods In the 12 month period in our hospital from January 2013 to 2014 by evidence-based pharmacy pharmacy information consultation, and the whole working process should be reviewed research, on the use of the effect of evidence-based pharmacy of pharmacy information consultation work gets to be analyzed, further research for the development of our Institute of evidence-based pharmacy model. Results In the pharmacy information consultation work in application of evidence-based pharmacy, can be achieved in clinical pharmacy consultation and service, from the discovery of clinical pharmacy problem, to find information and evidence, analysis and summary data and evidence, implement evi-dence based pharmacy in mode of different stages in the implementation of the system, management control, in order to en-sure drug treatment programs, scientific and rational, effectively accelerate the rehabilitation of patients. Conclusion In the pharmacy information consultation work in application of evidence-based pharmacy, can significantly improve the hospital clinical pharmacy service level, the continuous optimization of the hospital pharmacy information consultation work, to fur-ther improve the quality of clinical pharmacy services, lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the medicine.
