摘要
本研究以完善四川特殊教育教师资格认证制度为目的,通过调查四川省特殊教育教师的需求与态度发现:教师对特教教师资格认证制度既支持又担忧,普遍较为看重教师的特殊教育经验,并希望有诸如提高福利待遇、增加培训机会等政策支持。因此建议以政策和法规为依托,改变教师观念,合理安排教师岗位等方面入手来有效保证特教教师资格认证制度的实施。
This study is trying to improve special education teacher certification system in Sichuan province.Through investigating special education teachers’ needs and attitudes in Sichuan province,it was found that the teachers of special education support and have concern over the certification system.Generally they lay more emphasis on teachers’ special education experience,and hope to have some policy support,such as improving the welfare benefits,having more training chances.
