摘要
社会经济转型时期,面对经济发展对职业人才的需求,职业院校在职业教育人才培养的理念指导和机制建设等方面依然存在诸多问题。从经济学相关理论的视角,厘清职业教育人才培养供给侧与需求侧两者的关系,对职业教育人才培养供给侧的价值特征、发展现状和存在的问题进行理性思考,提出职业教育人才培养供给侧的有效供给力结构模型,探究职业教育人才培养供给侧可持续性发展的实现途径,对于职业院校在职业教育人才培养方面的改革创新具有现实性和策略性效应。
At the turning point of social and economic changes, for the vocational schools and colleges, many problems still exist in the concept of the personnel training guidance and mechanism construction of the vocational education in the context of the economic development needs of professional talents. It may have the actual and strategic effects to the vocational education personnel training reform and innovation of the vocational schools and colleges that clarifying the relationship between the supply side and the demand side of the vocational education personnel training, philosophizing about the value features and the developing present situation and the existing problems, propounding the effective supply ability structure model of the supply side of the vocational education personnel training, and exploring the sustainable development approaches of the supply side of the vocational education personnel training from the perspective of economic theories.
