职教治理体系中的社会参与:缺位与定位——以行业协会为例 被引量:10

Industry Associations as Social Involvement in Vocational Education Regulation System: Deficiency and Orientation

摘要 治理理论主张社会参与,职业教育治理需要众多社会组织全面参与其中。然而,在我国职教治理体系构建过程中,社会组织作为一支重要的参与力量,存在严重的缺位问题,制约了治理体系功能的发挥。因此,有必要进一步明确职教治理体系中社会组织的定位目标,实施定位保障措施,从而推动社会组织在职教治理体系中的合理定位。 Regulation theory values social involvements. The construction of vocational education regulation system needsthe full participation of multiple social organizations. However, the absence of social organizations in the building of vocationaleducation regulation system in China has undermined the function of such regulatory system. Therefore, it is necessary toclarify the orientation of social organizations and employ guarantee protocols to ensure the proper position of socialorganizations in vocational education regulation system.
