摘要
"三化"教师专业发展模式有助于激发教师发展潜力,塑造教师专业愿景,提高教师专业素养,进而优化学校教学,其具有聚焦思想、尊重差异、自主发展和持续改进等特点。"三化"教师专业发展模式在推进过程中应从四个方面做起:一是建立"三化"校本研修制度;二是实行分层管理、分工协作的管理机制;三是落实"三化"校本研究计划;四是全员参与、创设教师专业发展空间。
"Three-forms"teachers' professional development mode can inspire teachers' development potential,build up teachers' professional vision and improve the professional quality of teachers,and then optimize teaching in schools which will be focusing on thought,respecting the diference and continuous improvement. We should promote"three-forms"teachers' professional development mode from four aspects:firstly,constructing school-based teaching research system;secondly,implementing layer management mechanism and division-cooperation system;thirdly,implementing"three-forms"school-based teaching research program;finally,full participation and creating space for teachers' professional development.
