摘要
血液样品的前处理是整个血药浓度分析过程的重点及难点,是分析误差的主要来源,合适的前处理方法直接影响血药浓度分析的速度、灵敏度、准确度和分析仪器的使用寿命。本文综述了近年来血药浓度分析常用的前处理方法及应用,包括蛋白沉淀法、液液萃取法、超临界流体萃取、微透析及固相萃取法的研究进展。
Pretreatment of the blood sample is the focus and difficulty in the whole process for analysis of drug concentration in blood,is the main source of error analysis,so a suitable pretreatment method directly affects the speed,sensitivity,accuracy of analysis and the life of analytical instruments. The recent development of the pretreatment methods and applications of analysis for drug concentration in blood were reviewed,with emphasis on protein precipitation,liquid-liquid extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,microdialysis and solid phase extraction.
