摘要
用气相色谱法测定人体血清中布洛芬浓度。采用OV— 1 7柱 ,布洛芬经甲酯化处理。正十八烷为内标 ,保留时间分别为 4 92min与 6 2 6min。方法快速、简便。回收率 94 66% ,RSD =1 4 6% ,线性范围 1～ 4 0 μg/ml。r =0 .9996,最低检出浓度为 0 .2 μg/ml。经临床应用 。
The concentration of Ibuprofen in serum was esterified with GC method.Octadecane was used as internal standard.The response was linear between lμg/ml and 40μg/ml and the average recovery was 94.66% with RSD less than 1.46%. This method is proved to be highly sensitive,good reproducible.
