运动干预对数学学习困难小学生执行功能影响的实验研究 被引量:17

An Experimental Study of the Effect of Exercise Intervention on the Executive Function of Primary School Students with Math Learning Difficulties

摘要 目的:探讨研发的"合作游戏+武术操+花样踢毽"运动干预方案对数学学习困难小学生执行功能的影响,揭示运动与数学学习困难小学生执行功能的关系,为学校促进数学学习困难小学生执行功能的改善提供运动干预方案。方法:选取六年级59名数学学习困难小学生,其中实验组36人,对照组23人;采用研发的运动干预方案对实验组进行运动干预,运动干预周期为10周,每周3次,每次运动持续时间30分钟,运动强度为中等强度(220-年龄)×(60-69%),测量干预前后数学学习困难小学生执行功能的变化。结果:(1)研究发现运动干预对数学学习困难小学生抑制功能具有积极影响;(2)研究发现运动干预对数学学习困难小学生的刷新功能和转换功能尽管无显著影响,但实验组刷新功能和转换功能有改善趋势;(3)研究发现运动干预对数学学习困难小学生数学成绩具有积极影响。结论:研发的"合作游戏+武术操+花样踢毽"运动干预方案对数学学习困难小学生抑制功能具有改善作用并且提高了数学成绩。 This study,by testing 59 sixth-grade students with math learning difficulties through repeated measures analysis of variance,aims to explore how the newly-developed intervention program of"cooperative game + martial arts + synchronized shuttlecock-kicking"affects such students' executive function,as well as its relationship with sports. The results showed the following:( 1) Sports-based interventions had a positive effect on the executive function of the students with math learning difficulties;( 2)sports-based interventions had no significant effect on their refresh and transformation functions,but the experimental group tended to improve these functions; and( 3) sports-based interventions had a positive effect on their math scores. The study concludes that the sports-based intervention program is conducive to the improvement of both the executive function of students with math learning difficulties and their math achievements.
