摘要
从抚顺石油二厂曝气池中采集活性污泥,在低温高盐条件下,通过硝基苯浓度梯度提高实现对活性污泥的驯化,得到活性污泥A.在不同环境因素影响下,进行单因素试验,并采用还原偶氮光度法测定硝基苯浓度,计算降解率.活性污泥A生长和降解性能试验表明,活性污泥A降解硝基苯的最适温度为15℃,最佳p H值为7,最适接种量为10%,最适摇床转速为150 r/min,盐度为1%-3%;最佳降解条件下,当硝基苯初始浓度为150 mg/L时,活性污泥A培养7 d后,降解率可达71.0%.
Activated sludge A that can utilize nitrobenzene under hyper saline and cold-adapt conditions was domesticated and isolated from a Fushun petrochemical factory's aeration tank. Make the single factor experiment in the conditions of different environmental factors. Then calculate the nitrobenzene-degradation rate by using reduction azo-photometry. The optimal growth and degradation conditions of sludge A were as follows: temperature 15 ~C, pH 7.0, inoculum 10% ,shaker rotary speed 150 r/min, salinity 1.0% -3.0%. Under the optimal degradation conditions, when the initial concentration of nitrobenzene was 150 mg/L,the degradation rate was 71.0% after 7d of culture.
