摘要
采集某硝基苯生产工厂排污管线底泥和污水处理厂曝气池活性污泥,通过富集筛选、驯化,从中分离出一组能够降解硝基苯的低温优势混合菌,并进一步对其降解的影响因素及动力学进行研究。在低温(10℃),pH值为5.0~7.0时,混合菌能够以硝基苯为唯一碳、氮源生长,且在48h内可将将382mg/L的硝基苯完全降解。通过对降解过程的动力学分析可知,不同浓度范围内硝基苯的降解过程均符合零级动力学特征。
Through screening and acclimation, the cold-adapted compound bacteria with high biodegradation ability of nitrobenzene were isolated from sediments of a nitrobenzene manufacturer and activated sludge from wastewater treatment plant, and its affecting factors of degradation and kinetic analysis were studied. Under lower temperature of 10℃ and pH 5.0~7.0, compound bacteria can degrade 382mg/L nitrobenzene completely within 48h with nitrobenzene as the sole source of carbon and nitrogen. The biodegradation was proved to be zero order in various nitrobenzene concentrations by kinetic analysis of degradation process.
