摘要
随着建设项目复杂性及其交付标准的逐渐提高,项目信息的协同共享对实现建筑企业可持续发展的作用也越来越显著。以协同管理理论为基础,分析了国内外工程项目管理模式,构建以信息共享平台为枢纽的工程建设项目信息共享协同管理模式并构建了建筑企业的监督体系和诚信体系,为项目信息在工程系统内的共享、反馈提供了机制保证。案例表明,该模式有助于实现工程建设项目现场管理的协同化、规范化和改善员工行为。
With the increase of project complexity and it＇s delivery standards,information sharing and collaborative management are essential for construction enterprises to achieve their sustainable development. Based on the theory of collaborative development,this paper analyzes the domestic and overseas project management and presents collaborative management model of construction project with the information sharing platform as the core. To ensure the quality of sharing and feedback of project information,supervision and credit system are built up. Empirical study shows that this model has a stronger practical guide significance for the collaborative management,standardized management and improving employee＇s behavior.
