摘要
机场集团各个部门对信息系统的建设需求越来越紧迫,考虑有限时间和资源限制,同时又要保证企业效益最大化,信息系统实施的先后顺序成为研究的难点.本文通过对机场集团信息系统项目建设目标的分析,构建基于协同效应的机场集团信息系统实施顺序决策支持模型,并通过实证分析验证该模型的可行性.结果表明,利用本文设计的信息化项目实施顺序决策模型计算机场集团信息项目、资金状况、系统建设周期、各子系统之间的协同效应,获得的整体效益最大,符合现实性与合理性.本研究为机场集团信息化项目实施推进顺序制定提供了一种有效的决策参考方法.
It is more and more urgent for each department of airport group to construct information systems.Considering the limited time and resource constraints,and at the same time to ensure the maximization of enterprise benefits,the sequence of information system implementation has become a critical difficulty.Based on the analysis of the construction objectives of the information system project of the airport group,a novel decision-making model is proposed,which estimate the implementation sequence of airport group the information system project based on the synergy effect,and verifies the feasibility of the model through the empirical analysis.The results show that the implementation sequence decision model of the information project designed in this paper is used to calculate the information project,capital status and system construction cycle of the airport group,the synergetic effect among the subsystems,which is in line with the reality and rationality,this study provides an effective decision-making reference method for the implementation of the airport group information project.
