摘要
目的对比新疆维、汉族HPV16阳性的宫颈癌（CC）患者外周血中1型辅助性T细胞（Th1）、Th2和Th17细胞主要分泌的细胞因子干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-13、IL17表达水平的差异性,并探讨维、汉族CC患者细胞因子与临床分期及肿瘤分化程度的相关性。方法采集66例（汉族22例,维吾尔族44例）经该院病理科明确诊断为CC患者治疗前的血标本,使用Luminex检测技术检测IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-13、IL-17的水平,对比维、汉患者细胞因子的差异;根据患者临床分期和肿瘤分化程度进行分组,在不同亚组中,比较维、汉患者细胞因子水平的差异性。结果维族CC组IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-13、IL-17高于汉族CC组（P〈0.05）;而维族Ⅰ~Ⅱ期CC组Th细胞分泌的IL-2、IL-4、IL-10高于汉族Ⅰ~Ⅱ期CC组（P〈0.05）;维族Ⅲ~Ⅳ期CC组Th细胞分泌的IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-13、IL-17高于汉族Ⅲ~Ⅳ期CC组（P〈0.05）;维族中高分化CC组Th细胞分泌的IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-13、IL-17高于汉族中高分化CC组（P〈0.05）。结论在HPV16阳性的CC患者中,Th细胞分泌的细胞因子水平在维、汉组之间是存在差异性的,而这种差异性在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期宫颈癌和中高分化宫颈癌中更加明显。
Objective To compare the differences of cytokines IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-13 and IL-17 expression levels mainly secreted by peripheral blood Th1,Th2 and Th17cells and to investigate the correlation between the cytokines in the Han and Uyghur cervical cancer patients with the clinical stage and tumor differentiation degree.Methods The blood samples in 66 cases of pathologically diagnosed cervical cancer（Han in 22 cases,Uyghur in 44cases）before treatment in our hospital were collected.The concentrations of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-13 and IL-17 were measured by using Luminex assay,then the differences of cytokines were compared between Han and Uyghur patients;according to the clinical stage and tumor differentiation degree,the grouping was performed,then the differences of cytokines in different subgroups were compared between Han and Uyghur cervical cancer patients.Results The levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-13 and IL-17 in the Uyghur cervical cancer group were higher than those in the Han cervical cancer group（P〈0.05）;the levels of IL-2,IL-4and IL-10 secreted by Th cells in the stageⅠ-Ⅱ Uyghur cervical cancer group were higher than those in the stageⅠ-Ⅱ Han cervical cancer group（P〈0.05）;the levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-13 and IL-17 secreted by Th cells in the stageⅢ-Ⅳ Uyghur cervical cancer group were higher than those in the stageⅢ-Ⅳ Han cervical cancer group（P〈0.05）;the levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-13 and IL-17 secreted by Th cells in middle to high differentiation Uyghur cervical cancer group were higher than those in middle to high differentiation Han cervical cancer group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the HPV16-positive cervical cancer patients,the concentrations of cytokines secreted by Th cells are different between Uyghur group and Han group,these differences are more significant in the stageⅢ-Ⅳ cervical cancer and in middle to high differentiated cervical cancer.
