采用气相色谱法测定复合食品包装膜、袋中二氨基甲苯及其不确定度评估 被引量:9

Determination and Uncertainty Assessment of 2,4-diaminotoluene in Composite Laminated Food Packaging Films and Bags with Gas Chromatography

摘要 采用气相色谱测定复合食品包装膜、袋中二氨基甲苯含量及对不确定度进行评定,并进行该类产品的市场分析。采用气相色谱法对复合食品包装膜、袋中二氨基甲苯含量进行测定,通过数学模型分析并计算检测过程中的不确定度分量,最终获得相对合成标准不确定度和相对扩展不确定度。结果表明气相色谱检测方法线性关系、重现性和稳定性均良好,其线性相关系数为0.99910,检出限为0.6μg/L,平均回收率为91.7%,评估表明,该法测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.164X(k=2)。气相色谱法测定复合食品包装膜、袋中二氨基甲苯含量的测量不确定度主要来源于标准曲线拟合与回收率产生的误差。 The study was to evaluate the uncertainty of 2,4-diaminotoluene in composite laminated food packaging films and bags with gas chromatography and provide the market safety analysis of the products. The2,4-diaminotoluene content in composite laminated food packaging films and bags was determined with gas chromatography. The uncertainty components in testing process were analyzed and calculated through mathematic model. Finally,the relative synthesis standard uncertainty and the relative expansion uncertainty were calculated out. Result was that linear relationship,reproducibility and stability of the method with gas chromatography were good. The linear correlation coefficient was 0. 99910. The detection limit was 0. 0006 mg/L.The average recovery was 91. 7%. The evaluation results showed that the extended uncertainty of measurement results was 0. 164X( k = 2). The errors of the fitting of the standard curve and the recovery of the sample were confirmed as the major sources of the uncertainty in determining 2,4-diaminotoluene in composite laminated food packaging films and bags with gas chromatography.
