摘要
目的:建立甲苯二异氰酸酯的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。方法:用甲苯萃取,经七氟丁酸酐衍生化,再将衍生物进行质谱定性定量分析。结果:方法最低检出浓度为0.001 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.3%(n=6),样品加标平均回收率为98%。结论:用GC/MS方法测定TDI,结果满意。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of Toluene diisocyanate(TDI) by GC-MS in air of workplace.Methods:TDI can be hydrolyzed to toluene diamine(TDA) which can be extracted with toluene.TDA of toluene was derivatived with Heptafluorobutyric anhydride and its derivative was used for determination by GC-MS.Results:The detection limits was 0.001 mg/L.The correlated coefficient was 0.999.The average recovery was 98% and RSD 4.3%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,efficient,accurate and sensitive.It can be used to determine TDI in air of workplace.
