摘要
目的研究电针对急性癫痫诱发大鼠海马CA3区神经元超微结构的影响。方法建立氯化锂-匹罗卡品诱导的大鼠急性癫痫模型。电针"百会"和"大椎"穴观察癫痫大鼠海马CA3区神经元超微结构的变化。结果 1电针组与对照组相比,大鼠海马CA3区神经元的超微结构没有明显的改变;2癫痫组与生理盐水组比较,大鼠海马CA3区神经元的超微结构有严重的损伤;3癫痫+电针组与癫痫组比较,大鼠海马CA3区神经元的超微结构有显著的修复。结论电针"百会"及"大椎"穴,可以明显改善急性癫痫所诱发的海马CA3区神经元超微结构的损伤。
Objective To study the influence of electroacupuncture on neuronal ultrastructure of hippocampal CA3 region evoked by acute epilepsy. Methods The lithium-pilocarpine evoked rat model of acute epilepsy was established according to the classical method. "Baihui"and "Dazhui"acupoints were acupunctured to observe the neuronal ultrastructural changes in hippocampal CA3 region of epileptic rats. Results 1 Compared with control group,the neuronal ultrastructures in hippocampal CA3 region of rats had no obvious changes after electroacupuncture in electroacupuncture group; 2Compared with normal saline group,the neuronal ultrastructures in hippocampal CA3 region of epilepsy rats had serious damages in epilepsy group;3Compared with epilepsy group,the neuronal ultrastructures in hippocampal CA3 region of epilepsy + electroacupuncture rats had significant repair in epilepsy + electroacupuncture group.Conclusion Electroacupuncture at "Baihui"and "Dazhui"acupoints can significantly improve acute epileptic evoked neurons ultrastructural damages in hippocampal CA3 region.
