摘要
针灸疗法在治疗癫痫等脑部疾病方面具有其优势和特色,然对其在治疗机制方面的阐释尚不明确,存在各种学说及假说,不利于对癫痫认知标准的规范和统一,有碍于针灸技术的进一步推广及普及,该文对近些年有关针灸选穴治疗癫痫病症机制方面的研究及学术思想做一综述,以期为针灸治疗癫痫疾病方面的基础研究和临床治疗提供帮助与借鉴。
Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has its advantages and characteristics in the treatment of epilepsy and other brain diseases,but its interpretation of the treatment mechanism is not clear. There are various theories and hypotheses,is not beneficial to the standardization of epilepsy norms and unity,and it will hinder the acupuncture and moxibustion＇s promotion and popularization. In this paper,we will summarize the research and academic thoughts on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of epilepsy in recent years,so as to provide the help and reference for the basic research and clinical treatment of epilepsy in acupuncture and moxibustion.
