摘要
目的调查本地区7家医院内分泌科与非内分泌科医护人员胰岛素笔注射知识技能的掌握情况。方法采用自制问卷从胰岛素治疗知识、胰岛素注射行为、信念等方面对本地区100名医生、280名护士进行问卷调查。结果非内分泌科护士对胰岛素注射相关知识掌握相对较差,二级医院和三级医院的知晓率分别为40.8%和53.5%;注射部位转换无规律分别为37%和38%;注射针头重复使用分别为51%和42%;针头处理不规范分别为59%和57%;培训教育不充分,培训率为55%,医护认知有误。结论非内分泌科护士需要胰岛素笔注射知识和技术的全面培训。
Objective To investigate the mastery condition of insulin pen injection knowledge and skills of medical staff in the Department of Endocrinology and other departments in 7 hospitals in the region. Methods A questionnaire concerning the knowledge of insulin therapy, the behavior of insulin injection, and the beliefs was conducted for 280 nurses and 100 doctors in the region. Results The nurses in other departments had poor mastery of insulin injection knowledge. The awareness rates of second class hospitals and three class hospitals were 40.8% and 53.5% , respectively. The ir- regular conversion of the injection sites was 37% and 38% , respectively. The repeated usage rate of the syringe needle was 51% and 42% , respectively. Non - standard needle disposal was 59% and 57% , respectively. Thus, training of medical staff with 55% training rate was inadequate, and medi- cal cognition was wrong. Conclusion Nurses in non - endocrinological departments need comprehen- sive training about knowledge and skills of insulin injection pen.
