摘要
目的 了解三级甲等综合医院护理人员《胰岛素皮下注射》团体标准执行情况,为进一步开展规范化培训及管理提供参考。方法 于2022年5—6月便利抽取厦门市某三级甲等综合医院护理人员352名,采用自行设计的护理人员胰岛素皮下注射执行情况调查问卷进行调查,并采用方差分析或t检验比较不同特征护理人员胰岛素皮下注射执行情况的影响。结果 352名护理人员胰岛素皮下注射总体得分(91.73±7.83)分,得分最高的条目包括“未使用的胰岛素放置于2~8℃冰箱”“注射前使用75%的酒精消毒”“已启封的胰岛素放置于15~30℃的常温保存”“注射后停留10 s再拔出针头”“对于长期使用胰岛素注射的患者,您会有计划地在不同注射部位之间每月轮换”,得分较低的条目包括“先松开皮肤后拔出针头”“您知晓各种常用胰岛素的类型”“根据患者皮下脂肪厚度选择胰岛素笔针头长度”“单手回套针帽后取下针头”“有注射部位轮换记录卡,不同护理人员知晓轮换顺序”,接受过胰岛素皮下注射培训的护理人员执行情况得分较高。结论 三级甲等医院护理人员胰岛素皮下注射执行情况总体较好,但仍需进一步加强管理及专业知识技能的培训,规范护理人员胰岛素皮下注射。
Objective To learn about the implementation of the group standard of “subcutaneous insulin injection” for nursing staff in class-A tertiary hospitals,and provide a reference for further standardized training and management.Methods From May to June 2022,a total of 352 nursing staff in a class-A tertiary hospital in Xiamen were conveniently selected,and the self-designed questionnaire on the implementation of insulin subcutaneous injection among nursing staff was used to investigate,and variance analysis or t test were used to compare the impact of subcutaneous insulin injection performance among nursing staff with different characteristics.Results The overall score of subcutaneous insulin injection of 352nurses was(91.73±7.83) points.Highest score items included “did not use insulin placed in 2-8 ℃ refrigerator” “using 75% alcohol for disinfection before injection” “unsealed insulin placed under normal temperature(15-30 ℃) for preservation” “holding for 10 s and then pull out the needle” “for patients with long-term use of insulin injections,you will make a monthly rotation plan for the injection site”.Items with low scores included “release the skin before pulling out the needle” “you know the types of commonly used insulin” “choose the length of the insulin pen needle according to the thickness of the subcutaneous fat of the patient”“return the needle cap with one hand and remove the needle”“there are record cards of injection site rotation,and different nurses know the rotation order”.Nursing staff trained in subcutaneous insulin injection scored higher on performance.Conclusion The implementation of subcutaneous insulin injection among nursing staff in class-A tertiary hospitals is generally good,but it is still necessary to further strengthen the training of management and professional knowledge and skills to standardize the subcutaneous insulin injection of nursing staff.
