摘要 随着工业经济的快速发展,上海市的节能减排面临巨大挑战。可以借助大数据技术,建立工业能源大数据分析研究与服务平台,进一步提升工业企业能效水平。能源大数据的数据来源不仅仅是企业与能源相关的数据,还包含了企业的生产状况、经济财务状况、用能设备等多方面的数据源,其特征可概括为体量大、类型多、速度快以及数据即能量、数据即交互、数据即共情。能源大数据的信息价值在于通过对能源管理系统(中心)生产运行方式的优化、对可再生能源的消纳以及对全社会节能减排观念的引导,推动工业企业由高耗能、高排放、低效率的粗放发展方式向低耗能、低排放、高效率的绿色发展方式转变。工业能源大数据公共服务平台架构包含数据采集层、企业能源流数据层(私有云)、行业能源流数据层(共有云)和能源分析服务层,可为政府、节能服务机构、工业企业等提供不同方面的能源数据支持和能源管理服务,推进上海工业节能减排创新发展,对上海智慧工业建设具有重要意义。 As its industrial economy grows rapidly,Shanghai is facing a great challenge to save energy and reduce emissions.The city can use big data technology to establish an industrial big energy data analysis,research and service platform to further improve the energy efficiency of industrial enterprises.The sources of big energy data are not only energy-related data of enterprises but also data related to enterprises ′ production status,financial status,energy-consuming equipment and many more.Big data is characterized by large volume,multiple types,fast transmission,and "data is just power,data is just interaction and data is just empathy".The value of big energy data information lies in that the data could facilitate the transition of the extensive mode of development of an industrial enterprise,which is characterized by high energy consumption,high emission and low efficiency,to a green pathway characterized by low energy use,low emission and high efficiency,through the optimization of operation of the energy management system(center),the digestion of renewable energy and promotion of public awareness of energy saving and emission reduction.The architecture of the industrial big energy data public service platform consists of a data acquisition layer,corporate energy stream data layer(private cloud),industry energy stream data layer(public cloud) and energy analysis service layer.The platform can provide a range of energy data support and energy management services to government agencies,energy saving service institutions and industrial enterprises and facilitate the innovation and develop-ment of industrial energy saving and emission reduction in Shanghai.This system is especially important to Shanghai′s smart industry construction.
