上海市公共机构从制度建设、项目实施、示范创建入手,积极推进合同能源管理服务;揭示发展中在思想认识、政府采购、能耗费用列支等方面问题,相应提出有关建议,以加快合同能源管理工作深入开展。
Shanghai municipal government offices administration promotes energy management contract service from system construction, project implementation to demonstration establishment. It shows that thoughts and realization, government procurement, energy consumption expenses and other problems during development. It plans to provide some relative suggestion to deepen and carry out energy management contract rapidly.
