摘要
进一步抓好高校流动党员的教育管理工作,是新形势下加强和改进高校党的建设工作的一项重要内容。高校流动党员主要包括学生流动党员与教职工流动党员两大类型,呈现出学历层次高、可塑性强;流动范围广、形式多样;流动频率高、情况复杂等特点。解决这一群体教育管理存在的重要紧迫性强与重视程度不够、科学化要求高与体制机制滞后、实效性要求高与工作水平不足三对矛盾,需要增强主体责任意识,优化顶层设计;完善运行机制,增进规范协调;有效组织教育培训,提升教育管理的实际效益;注重网络化建设,增强科学性和针对性。
Further paying special attention to the floating Party members＇ education management work in colleges and universities,is an important content to strengthen and improve Party building work in colleges and universities under new situation. Floating Party members in colleges and universities mainly includes two types： floating student party members and staff members,showing characteristics of high education level,high plasticity,wide floating range,variety of forms,high floating frequency,complex and so on. In order to solve three pairs of contradictions in education management work of this group： strong importance and urgency and not enough attention; high demands of scientization and institutional lag; high demands of effectiveness and insufficient working level,we should strengthen their main body sense of responsibility,optimize ＂Top Level Design＂; Perfect operation mechanism,enhance specification coordination; organize education training effectively,improve the real benefits of the education management; lay emphasis on network construction and enhance the scientific and pertinence.
