摘要
根据聘任方式的不同,可以将高校人才柔性流动归纳为全职式流动、兼职式流动、项目式流动、咨询式流动、候鸟式流动等五种类型。高校在人才柔性流动中取得一定成效的同时,某些机会主义倾向也随之产生,降低了流动的效率和效益。对此,本文认为应采取有效措施进行治理。
According to different ways of appointment in universities,we can induce the flexible flow into five kinds namely the full-time model,the part-time model,the project model,the consulting model and the migrant model.With progress made in the flexible flow of talents in universities,opportunism behaviors also arise which undermine the efficiency and profits of the flow.Thus,this paper concludes that effective measures must be taken to solve this problem.
