采煤机模拟实验装置截割动力系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对采煤机模拟实验装置,对截割负载进行了分析与计算;采用通用变频器-普通三相异步电机的调速动力组合,结合截割负载及滚筒转速调速要求,进行了截割电机选型,该电机选型方法对于类似动力系统电机选型具有较高的参考价值;结合减速比要求,设计了二级齿轮减速装置;利用Solidworks软件,完成了截割动力系统三维建模,为采煤机模拟实验装置整机设计奠定了基础。 Aiming at shearer simulated experiment device, the cutting load was analysed and calculated. The general inverter ordinary three phase induction motor dynamic combination was selected. Combined with the cutting load and the roller rotation speed regulating requirement, the cutting motor was determined. The selection method of the motor has high reference value for similar power system's motor selection. Combined with the deceleration ratio requirement, the secondary gear deceleration device was designed. Using Solidworks software, the 3D modeling of the cutting power system has been completed, also laid the foundation for the whole machine design of the shearer simulated experiment device.
